Part of our Cebu – Bohol itinerary is to experience Sky Adventure at Crown Regency Hotel and Towers.
I pre-ordered our Sky Day Tour tickets from their website at $22.20 or P888 per person. This includes:
- Lunch Buffet at Wang Shan Lo Authentic Chinese Restaurant. (Available from 11AM to 2PM daily)
- Entrance to Sky Level
- One Sky activity (choose from Edge Coaster or Skywalk Extreme — we chose this!)
- One 4D Theater Show
- Free use of Outdoor Swimming Pool
We arrived at Crown Regency at 10:00AM after our cancelled trip to Mountain View Nature’s Park.
We took some photos around the hotel, availed of our 4D Theater Show (Tower 1, 18th Floor) included in the package and then waited to have our free lunch buffet at Wang Shan Lo Chinese Restaurant (Tower 2, 20th Floor).
In case you only want to dine here, the price for their lunch buffet is P400/pax and P450/pax for dinner buffet. Food here is great! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to try a lot. :( We never should’ve eaten breakfast! haha!
Here’s the view outside the restaurant… also a sneak peek of the view on the 38th floor! :D
Picture-picture while waiting for the Sky Adventure to open at 2:00PM.
Yay this is it!!! Mami is actually scared of heights, it is one of her greatest fears! Could you guess if she’s able to conquer the Skywalk??? Let’s see………. :D
…and Mami did it!!! She almost backed out. Moral support from friends to the rescue!!
I don’t have any fear of heights so this walk is easy-peasy for me… as long as there’s the ever trusty safety harness on my back, then am good! :D
“A little tip: Please bring your own socks in case you’re not wearing any. If you’re wearing sandals or slippers, they will require you to borrow one of their shoes and buy a pair of socks for P20 only.”
The (scanned) photos below were taken by their staff. You can purchase this printed souvenir photos (8×6 inches) at a whopping P150 per photo! I know, too expensive, but we’ll only do this once so might as well grab some copies. :)
Have you noticed the guitar-shaped / banjo on the photo above? According to our guide, this is the center and heart of Cebu city.
Too close to the edge weeeee!!! But initially they suggested to put one of your foot on THE edge of the ramp. I’m not too confident with my balance so that spot is good enough :p (btw, this is one of the pose they will ask you to do for the photo hehe!)
We survived! You will receive a certificate after you complete the Skywalk Extreme :)
This is a souvenir vending machine. Got curious so I tried one for P15.
The view from inside. That’s the platform outside where they took some of our souvenir photos.
Will I do it again? hmmm for Skywalk maybe not, but for the others like the Edge Coaster, I might. It’s a good experience for first-timers in Cebu like us. It gives us a great view of the entire city. Luckily, the weather was fair and not too windy. :)
