{love shoot} Michael and Anne – Boracay Engagement Photography

It’s my cousin’s turn to get hitched! I was so excited when my aunt told me that Anne is getting married next year. :) Anne and I are cousins but the funny thing is, we never met before! (Well, we might have when we were still little) She grew up in Manila while I stayed in Iloilo. I haven’t met most of my cousins on my father’s side actually. It was literally our first meeting (as adults) but it felt like we knew each other for a long time already. It was easy to get comfortable with them, there was an instant family connection. :)

Mike and Anne are both working at Shangri-la Makati. They’ve been together for 4 years! They will celebrate their fifth year as a couple on their wedding day next year. ♥ Mike is an amazing chef and because of his awesome work ethics and skills, he got one of the most amazing award and a prize that comes with that… a two nights stay at Shangri-La Boracay! Yipee!!! I was thrilled when they mentioned they are coming to Boracay. We made sure to do their engagement session during their stay in the island.

Days before the shoot, it was raining cats and dogs! Typhoon Glenda just hit the country, all we could do was monitor the weather and pray. Now come the day of the photoshoot and lookie lookie… mister sunshine just showed up! We were blessed with a beautiful morning light and it was all we could ask for!
